We want you to know how your order will reach you. Enter your country and postal code to see delivery options, shipping costs and the estimated delivery date before you pay.

Where do we deliver?

  • Mainland Spain and mainland Portugal: home delivery. In mainland Spain, you can also collect your order at a NACEX.shop point when this option is available.
  • Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: check the options for your address. Shipping costs and delivery times may differ from those for mainland Spain.
  • Other countries: enter your destination to check whether we can deliver there. If your country is not listed or no shipping option appears, contact us and we will help you check.

Some destinations, such as the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or countries outside the EU customs union, may require customs clearance and incur additional import taxes or fees. If you are unsure, contact us before buying to clarify the conditions for your destination.

How much does shipping cost?

You will see the amount that applies to your address and the products in your cart before confirming your purchase. If your order qualifies for free shipping, it will appear automatically. You can review the total before paying, without checking rate tables.

When will my order arrive?

The estimated date takes product availability, preparation and transport to your destination into account. You can check it on the product page and when reviewing your order. If we identify a significant delay, we will let you know.

Unless we agree on a different date, delivery will take place without undue delay and no later than 30 calendar days after purchase.

Home delivery or pickup point

Check your address and contact phone number before paying. If you choose NACEX.shop, select your pickup point during checkout and check its opening hours. To collect the parcel, follow the instructions and deadline in the carrier’s notice.

Track your order

When the carrier provides tracking, we will send you the available link or reference so you can check delivery progress.

A problem with delivery?

If you need to correct a detail, your order has not arrived or a parcel is open, damaged or incomplete, write to us as soon as you can. Keep the packaging and, if possible, ask the carrier to record any damage. We will help you resolve the problem; reporting it late does not remove your legal rights.

If you buy as a consumer, the risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or a person you have designated other than the carrier, physically receive the order.
