Samco Sport manufactures silicone hoses in the United Kingdom and offers a dedicated motorcycle range developed for different road and off-road applications. Radiator kits form the core of its Motarea catalog, alongside clamps and components for a variety of installations. The brand also offers silicone tubing and heat protection for specific uses. Each family serves a different purpose: the material alone does not determine where a product can be fitted or which fluid it can carry.

Radiator hoses and clamps

The Samco hoses and clamps selection includes cooling kits with different shapes and numbers of parts. Choose the reference specified for your application and check the kit contents, hose routing and connections. Two similar-looking kits do not necessarily replace the same parts. The range also includes connectors and lengths in different configurations, which require checking dimensions, shape and function before selection.

Clamps are offered under their own references. Before buying, check whether the hose kit includes them or whether they are supplied separately, and choose the corresponding fitting set. Quantities and diameters must suit the specific installation; sharing the same brand is not enough. Silicone tubing and heat protection

The Samco silicone tubing family includes references in different diameters and lengths. It contains tubing intended for vacuum, breather or overflow applications, as well as Pro-Fuel references for other services. Check the inside and outside diameters, length and declared application of each tube before choosing. A category containing fuel lines does not mean every item in it is suitable for gasoline.

Samco states that its standard silicone hoses must not be used with fuel, oil or brake fluid. Pro-Fuel products have a specific construction and are intended for unpressurized transfer or filling; they are not fuel-injection lines. Always choose the family suited to the fluid and circuit conditions, without applying one range’s capabilities to another. Also check the coolant, positioning and tightening guidance relevant to the reference and vehicle.

These heat-protection products are different from hoses and fluid lines.
