Arrow: a history dedicated to motorcycle exhausts

Arrow Special Parts began operating in 1985, when Giorgio Giannelli established a company specialising in racing exhausts. Collaboration with Michele Rinaldi accompanied its first products. From motocross and enduro, the brand expanded into road applications and new disciplines, adding its research and development department and Race Lab during the nineties.

That history is reflected in a catalogue covering silencers, complete exhaust systems, headers, link pipes, inserts, catalytic converters and guards, as well as electronic accessories. Arrow silencers and complete systems

Arrow silencers are selected by application, construction and combination with the rest of the exhaust. Different product lines and finishes do not necessarily share materials, mountings or conditions of use. Always check the specific reference and the assembly instructions.

The Arrow complete exhaust systems section brings together systems to assess by their contents and installation routing. A complete assembly and a separately sold silencer are not equivalent options: check the included parts and which original items the reference retains or replaces.

Headers and link pipes

Headers and intermediate and link pipes help you find other sections of the exhaust system. To combine them, check the parts they connect, their mounting points and the configurations specified by the manufacturer. Sharing a brand or appearance does not guarantee that two components can work together.

Material, the presence of a catalytic converter and conditions of use vary between references. If installation alters the original assembly, consult the component-specific documentation and applicable usage requirements. A Racing designation or a particular finish does not replace that check.

Inserts, catalytic converters and exhaust guards

The family of inserts, DB-killers, spark arrestors and catalytic converters groups parts with different functions. Identify the receiving system, version and fastening procedure before replacing them. Do not attribute a catalytic converter or spark arrestor function to every insert.

Arrow exhaust guards complete the range with components that must be chosen for the corresponding header or silencer. Check their shape, mountings and contents; their presence in the range does not mean they are included with every system.

Electronic accessories and choosing the assembly
